Booking & Cancellation Policy
- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.
- A cancellation fee of $50 is applicable to any cancellations for colonics or $100 for Alpha Shape without 24 hours notice. Sauna and foot spa payments will be forfeited.
- Packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and are valid for 12 months from purchase date.
- Ten Session Value Pack $360
Client Bookings
All clients require a $50 non-refundable deposit to confirm your colonic booking. All Alpha Shape bookings require a $100 deposit, which will be deducted from the cost of your session or package. If a prepaid package has been purchased you can opt to forfeit a session or pay the cancellation
